This week, our Upper Campus community is exploring ways to prioritize mental and physical health for life. Everyone on campus has a wealth of workshop choices – like guided meditation, martial arts, cycling, dancing, walking in nature, yoga, tennis, and more – led by members of our faculty, staff, student body, parent community, and alumni. A crucial element of becoming well-rounded, self-motivated people is prioritizing one's health. Events like this week's Life Fitness Workshop help our students discover how they can make health a priority while having fun and connecting with others.
