Coaches, teammates, faculty, administration, and friends cheered for senior Brianna Claros yesterday as she signed her letter of intent to play basketball at University of California, San Diego.
Brianna has played on Pinewood's varsity team for all four of her high school years, averaging 11 points and 4 assists per game in her varsity career. Brianna won All-Tournament in LJCD and was MVP of the St. Francis Tournament in her sophomore year. In her junior year, she was 1st Team All-League Honorable Mention CCS and All-Bay Area, as well as MVP in the Terra Nova and St. Francis Tournaments. Coach Doc Scheppler looks forward to more accolades and awards for Brianna and the team in her senior season.
