Our 2018-19 K-6 musical theater season kicked off this month with 2nd grade’s smashing production of Little Red Riding Hood. Throughout the school year, every K-6 student will participate in a full-scale theatrical production, a tradition that goes all the way back to Pinewood’s origin in 1959. Through engagement in the arts from kindergarten through senior year, our students learn to express themselves confidently, respectfully, and vividly – skills that benefit them now, as they enter college, and for the rest of their lives.
