Alumni Voices
I have always believed that Pinewood's teachers are the hidden gem of the whole school. As a Pinewood alumna, I'm sending my kids for the same experience I had with teachers who know and care about their students. Pinewood's welcoming community of joy, connection and empathy starts with the teachers modeling that to the students. Every teacher knows every student, whether they specifically teach them or not, and truly cares about them both in the classroom and out.

From working as a graphic designer in advertising and marketing to my current role as a product designer at a large corporation, I am grateful for the exposure to the creative arts at Pinewood. The small class sizes, unique electives, and the encouragement to pursue new skills are aspects of Pinewood that I directly attribute to my ability to flex and pivot in the ever-evolving creative world.
