Elementary School Admissions Process

Request an Application
During our application window (Sept. 1, 2026–Jan. 5, 2027), begin by submitting the intake form to gain access to our application portal.
Openings vary annually, depending on movement within each grade level. We are currently accepting applications for Kindergarten, 2nd grade, 4th grade, 5th grade, and 6th grade for the 2027–28 school year.
Complete the Online Application
Share more about your child and family, upload school records, and submit the application fee. The application deadline is Tuesday, Jan. 5, 2027.
Open House & Campus Tours
We invite you to visit our campuses to experience our community in person. Learn more about our upcoming open house and campus tours here.
Virtual Parent Interview (Kindergarten)
Parents of Kindergarten applicants will complete a virtual parent interview in mid-January. Scheduling will take place during the application process.
Visit Days (Kindergarten and 6th grade)
To complete the application process, Kindergarten and 6th-grade applicants and parents will attend a visit day, digging deeper into the community alongside our incredible students, faculty, and admissions staff. Information about scheduling will be sent to applicants directly.
Admissions Decision
Families will receive admissions decisions through the admissions portal and email notification on Friday, March 12, 2027, after 4pm. Family enrollment decisions will be due on Friday, March 19.

Tuition and Financial Aid
We’re committed to making a Pinewood education accessible to families from a wide range of backgrounds. Our financial aid program can help with more than just tuition; awards may also offset the costs of books, meals, class trips, and other essential parts of school life.
If you think your family may benefit from support, we encourage you to apply. The financial aid process happens alongside the admissions timeline, so be sure to complete both applications during the same season.
