Marvin earned his A.B. in Government from Harvard University. His initial plans were to go on to law school but what was to be a short-lived stint at a local not-for-profit organization has turned into a life-long passion of working with young people. He has served in a leadership capacity in multiple community-based organizations between Washington, DC and Boston, MA. In recent years, he has worked specifically with middle and high school students interested in achieving their academic goals by studying at private high schools and ultimately college. Most recently he served as the Associate Director of College Counseling at Phillips Academy in Andover, MA. He and his wife recently moved to the area with their two young children. His family loves exploring new cultures and foods and is excited about the vast culinary options that await them in the area.
