Laura Blotter

Laura Blotter

Curriculum Coordinator (K-6)
Lower Campus, Middle Campus

Laura's Pinewood roots run deep. She attended Pinewood throughout elementary school and was a member of Pinewood's second graduating high school class. The summer before her junior year in high school, Laura taught drama and music for Pinewood's Summer Festival of Learning. Her love of working with children, her desire to teach, and the influence of some of Pinewood's legendary teachers inspired her to pursue an English and French degree and secondary education credential at Brigham Young University. Before returning to Pinewood as a teacher, she taught English at Orem High School and an intensive French language course at the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah. Since returning to the Bay Area, Laura has taught every grade at Pinewood except Kindergarten. In addition to coordinating K-6 curriculum, she is a mother of four Pinewood students.
