Ms. Zepp is delighted to teach Psychology as well as junior high writing and high school literature classes at Pinewood. She holds a B.A. degree in Psychology and Computer Studies from Northwestern University, an M.A. in Education with an emphasis in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University, and she has a multiple-subject and an English single-subject teaching credential. Before joining the Pinewood community, Ms. Zepp taught Language Arts and Social Studies core classes, as well as a Special Education class and an English Language Learners class, for seven years in the Cupertino Union school district. Prior to her teaching career, Ms. Zepp worked in the technology field as a knowledge engineer for Silicon Graphics and a support engineer for Hewlett Packard. In addition, she has experience co-facilitating adult leadership workshops, leading peer counseling classes, and teaching independent childbirth classes. An avid traveler, she enjoys leading student groups on international educational tours.
