The Arts

Pinewood School was originally founded as an after-school program offering lessons in art, public speaking, and drama. This creative agenda continues today, and has expanded to include a rich array of course offerings in the visual and performing arts. The curriculum allows students to express their creativity, discover a love for the arts, and share their talents with the community. The students are encouraged to take risks, experiment with ideas and techniques, and explore a wide variety of mediums in an effort to learn the importance of the process as well as the finished product.
