    • Requirements:
      • Proficiency in Spanish
      • Passion for working with elementary-age students
      • Open to embracing a curriculum based in TPR and Storytelling, in which classes are taught in Spanish and communication in the target language is strongly emphasized
      • Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues 
      • Able to create an interactive, joyful learning environment, while maintaining respect and positive discipline
      • Open to learning new pedagogical approaches, curriculum and instructional strategies
      • 3-5 years teaching experience is preferred
