Pinewood provides a number of wide-ranging activities during after-school hours. Students may pursue athletic and/or academic interests by enrolling in enrichment clubs or they may be registered in after-school supervision. Click here for the online enrollment form.

After-school clubs 3:30pm - 4:45pm

• Monday
  Game Day (grades K-2)
  Club Director: Lynn Chronis

  Make every Monday a "game" day! Each week students will choose from a variety of constructive, guided activities designed to jump-start the imagination. Board games, card games, and building with Legos will be among the choices offered. Join us for a great opportunity to explore through hands-on learning.
  
  Choir Club (grades 1-2)  - enrollment is closed

  Engaging their minds and welcoming their hearts. Come sing, dance, and play every Monday afternoon as we explore fun and diverse musical activities, slowly preparing ourselves for the Winter and Spring concerts with the choirs from Middle Campus. Note : Enrollment is limited to the first twenty (20) students.

  All Star Athletes (grades K-2)
  Club Director: Andrew Slayton

  Join Mr. Slayton for an afternoon of athletics, fun, and games! Each month we'll feature and teach the Sport of the Month, The Skill of the Month, and The Game of the Month. And, every Tuesday afternoon your child will get at least an hours' worth of physical activity while they bond with other Pinewood students in an entertaining and athletic environment.

  Jewelry Making (grades 1-2)
  Club Director: Penny Nolan
  $70.00 / month
  Explore your talent while creating all kinds of beautiful wearable art! The students will discover their style and fashion sense while making necklaces, bracelets, earrings, hair accessories, rings, pins, etc. They will learn new techniques using beads, wire, sequins, yarn, clay, paint, glitter and much more. Express yourself through the jewelry that you make. Note: Enrollment is limited to the first twenty-four (24) students.

• Thursday
  Fun Club (grades K-2)
  Club Director: Kate Callan
  $70.00 / month
  Bring your creativity and sense of adventure! We will try on the roles of artist, explorer, builder, and more. Students will develop their fine motor skills, their ability to think strategically and negotiate, and of course their creativity! We will play games; do crafts, and art projects. Students will go home with a project or memento each week.

  4:45pm - 5:30pm (after clubs)    $10.00
  After 5:30pm charges are $1.00 per minute

• Parents/guardians should follow normal pick-up procedures after students have finished their club meeting. Students attending after-school clubs, on both campuses, may attend after-school supervision until 5:30pm. Lower Campus and Middle Campus close at 5:30pm. Any student remaining on campus after 5:30pm will be charged $1.00 per minute.
