Overview

The Epicurean Group of Los Altos is a food service contractor that specializes in fresh, seasonal, and organic food, prepared from scratch every day. Menus are customized based on feedback from the students, faculty, and staff.

Ordering Lunch

Lunches are pre-ordered through Cafe Prepay, a cashless computerized system used for all Epicurean food purchases. There are NO annual fees; funds are paid at the time of the order and there are no reloading or credit card transaction fees. The system is confidential and secured by Verisign.

All lunches MUST BE pre-ordered, online, by the 15th of each preceding month. To enroll in the online lunch program, please reference the instructions on the Cafe Prepay website.

Other

• Upper Campus ONLY: snacks, smoothies and other items will be available for purchase Monday - Thursday. This is a POS (point of sale) option; NO cash will be accepted.

• Students are not required to purchase lunch but may bring a sack lunch from home.

• Lower / Middle Campus: students may bring snacks from home to eat during the morning recess. Snacks are not available for purchase during recess. Pinewood will provide snacks for the kindergarten classes.
