Art in the Redwoods

The Visual Arts Department held another successful art and camping trip in the redwoods last weekend. The group of twelve creative juniors and seniors spent Friday morning and afternoon exploring several beaches along Route 1, making land art, and taking photographs before heading inland to set up camp at Portola Redwoods State Park. That evening involved playing music, telling scary stories, and making s'mores around the campfire. Saturday morning, the group wrapped up their trip with a hike to a stream and more photography.
