Maggie the Golden joined our 4th graders this week as they collected wishlist donations for the Humane Society of Silicon Valley. This is the kickoff of the students’ month-long project focusing on Animal Advocacy. Throughout the month, the 4th-grade class will be raising funds, collecting donations, making fleece blankets for sheltered animals, and educating their peers on animal care and needs. All of their efforts will benefit the Humane Society of Silicon Valley, where the students will visit at the culmination of the project.

Our Middle Campus Service Learning initiative provides all students with the opportunity to serve their community and to find unique ways in which they can change their world for the better.
